Some time ago got a fault on the dashboard. It said "Ignition switch fault. Go to repair shop"
Using my ELM327 figured out that it is not relly related to ignition switch. But its related to gear selector.

Fault 617752 - Autmatic gearbox selector mictoswitch fault. After some research figured out that it is very typical problem for VAG. There are spare switches from VAG to fix it.
Part number for Golf 2014-2019 is 5Q0713128A.


Installation looks like this:


But e-Golf has different gear selector:


Obviously that 5Q0713128A will not match. I have also found this option - 3q0713128a which in terms of eGolf looks better. Iooks like its shape should match eGolf selector.


So, I am bit unsure what to do now...
